Real founders are the persons having the required courage to act contentiously after creating the very first ideas and getting excited about their business. These persons have hopes and dreams, and they are not hesitating to go on their own way to realize their hopes. Under difficult conditions, they use or create their own methods and answers. The founders are individual heroes who have thought and risked everything. They make their way-of-working and behavior the culture of the business. Even if this culture is unwritten, other employees feel and adopt, and in forthcoming stages, implement them.
The founders challenging to implement the idea and to make it success, are obliged to take care of any operation of business one-to-one, therefore they internalise the business and become its father or mother.
This baby belongs to them, they have chosen to make this baby, act for it, taken the required actions and taken it in their arms. So, this baby is theirs anymore. Even after working when they in their home, they always think about it, they spend sleepless nights for solving its problems. The founder takes care of every problem with the business by her/himself, also he has chosen the very first staff he started to work with within business. Her/his relations with employees, conflicts, problem solving methods are all her/his own ways.
Founders think they have chosen the right persons, they train and teach them how to behave, how to work. They try to be a model for other employees with their behaviors and sacrifices. #Founders have solved the issues during the birth and first steps of business with a few group of people and these memories are reminded as sweet victories in future.
