Strategic planning work is a management style for #businesses. In a business in progress of institutionalization, it is a process that should be done, but later on be reviewed and updated regularly. In many businesses strategic planning is seen as a luxury and thought as a work drafted but not implemented. This kind of drafted works those performed by #businessowners or individuals not internalizing #institutionalization concept as dummy without supplying required sources are null. Long term planning and #strategy, is a rotation study which starts during business’ reconstruction progress and shows continuity. This study should be done to be useful, and to do the right thing for the business correctly. It is to determine the “to do” and “must to do” lists as a whole and to record them on paper. These studies are guidelines for business to stay on right track. #KenWilber’s statements from an interview “And the only way to know beyond the mind is to change. You cook and eat the meal, but you don’t prepare the menu for eating.” describes what the strategy is. If I try to explain this with a single sentence;
“Strategy is the menuof meals we will have in future, but the important thing is to create a team to prepare and cook these meals.”
In this stage, management may still have second generation members according to the institutionalization pace of business. But in businesses being delayed for decision on institutionalization, third generation is in management. In families including multi-siblings, siblings’ children and cousins get involved in the business and chaos increases. Decision-making and strategy-determination in administrative issues may become more difficult. If a #familyconstitution is established in fifth stage and being implemented, in-family problems are solved more easily.
